Asbestos Removal

Our service is this area is next to none, its not only about the safety to the enviroment and the public but also to our staff.

All Asbestos work is removed under All State’s Unlimited Asbestos Removal Licence.

All Asbestos is packaged and transported in accordance with the EPA Act 1993 and under All States EPA Licence No. 580.

The Company gains statutory approval to carry out Asbestos removal in accordance with all lawful requirements and best industry principles, including :

• OHS&W Act 1986.
• OHS&W Regulations 1995.
• Code of practice for the Management and Control of Asbestos in Workplaces [NOHSC:2018 (2005)].
• Code of Practice for the Safe Removal of Asbestos [NOHSC:2002 (2005)].

Independent air monitoring is carried out daily during all Asbestos removal works.

All Asbestos is disposed to an EPA licensed facility accompanied by a waste tracking certificate. On completion of our works we obtain independent certification and clearance to re-occupy.

All State shall update the site asbestos registers on completion.

Each project’s documentation is archived on completion and these records kept for 40 years.
